2, 3 and 4-Axis CNC Routing

AllStar3D milling capabilities include a 4’X8’ 4-axis CNC router.  This unit is very well suited for detailed fabrication of 2D and 3D products of virtually any size or shape.  We can cut out your patterns or we can design and engineer a pattern to fit your requirements and specifications.  Material capability includes:

- Composite materials (Fiberglass, Starboard, Coosa, PVC, etc.)

- Wood (Hardwoods, softwoods, and laminates such as MDO, MDF and Plywood)

- Foam (XPS, EPS, Tooling Foams, etc.)

Typical products include: Furniture, signs, architectural features, boat parts and just about anything else you can imagine!
